Scouts and their families are welcome to camp out with the pack Friday night, Saturday night, or both. On Saturday evening, we will have our annual Crossover Ceremony, where we formally recognize and advance the boys who have earned their rank throughout the year. Of course there will be various activities for the scouts and their families as well. Unless otherwise arranged by your den leader, each family is responsible for providing their own food. You can plan on a fire being available for cooking dinner, though breakfast and lunch are probably best off not requiring a cooking fire. We will be camping at Timberhill, which is located on Rt. 4 just south of Liberty-Fairfield Road. It's easy to miss the entrance. Driving south on Rt. 4, cross Liberty Fairfield and you will soon pass a few retail strips on your right. The gravel driveway is almost immediately south of those retail strips and is signed. Follow the gravel driveway back into the camp. Once in the camp, follow the drive as it basically makes a "U" in front of the Wagon Wheel Lodge, and ends up in a dead end at the Cricket Crest campsite (where we are camping). Check in is on Friday at 3:00, and check out is on Sunday at noon. We will be doing the crossover ceremony where the scouts officially advance in rank for next year on Friday at 7:00pm.
